PCGS Submission Service Policy Update

(Hong Kong) - Professional Coin Grading Service Company PCGS (https://www.pcgsasia.com). To protect the interests of collectors and align with service regulations of the US Headquarters, the following updates are made to the submission policy for coins and banknotes starting from September 25, 2019:

For certain Grading and Crossover services, additional 1% of the value in its final grade will be charged to the grading fee as Guarantee Premium Fee (which shall be 1% of the value of the coin or banknote determined by the PCGS Price Guide for the final grade or the Declared Value of the coin or banknote if the Price Guide value is not available, minimum amount for the Guarantee Premium is $5 USD).

Crossover Service Level: Applicable to all service levels (the updates were made on July 1, 2019)

If the coin is crossed over to PCGS holder, you will be charged an appropriate grading fee for the selected service level and valuation guarantee fee (1%); if the coin is not crossed over to PCGS holder, PCGS will return the coin in its original holder, and you will be charged an appropriate grading fee for the selected service level without any valuation guarantee fee.
