A USD 10 plus USD 1 per coin Handling Fee is applied to all submissions.
All services are Gold Shield which includes a high-resolution image of each coin.

** Patterns, Specimens, Mint Errors, Pre 1925 Russian (1 Rouble and larger), and Chinese portrait/dragon/fantasy dollars must be submitted at the Regular Service Level or higher.
Additional fees will apply for Mint Errors or Variety service.
† The Guarantee Premium fee shall be equal to 1% of the value of the coin in its final grade. The value of the coin is determined by the PCGS Price Guide value for that grade or the Declared Value of the coin, if the Price Guide value is not available. The minimum amount for the Guarantee Premium is 5 USD. PCGS reserves the right to make the final determination of the coin’s value. Applies to successful Regrades, Crossovers, and Rarity service level.

l If a coin is submitted for Regrade/Crossover through the Rarity service level, the guarantee premium fee will only be charged once.
l If you select Rarity service level, you will be charged a guarantee premium fee equal to 1% of the value of the coin in its final grade.
l If you select Regrade service, you will be charged a guarantee premium fee equal to 1% of the value of the coin in its final grade when the coin is graded to a higher score.
l If you select Crossover service, you can set an expected minimum score on the front of the form. (The score can be either higher than or lower than the score on the existing holder). PCGS will holder the coin only if it meets or exceeds your specific request notated in the minimum grade column on the form. If the coin is crossed over to PCGS holder, you will be charged a guarantee premium fee equal to 1% of the value of the coin in its final grade.

Non-restorable coins, normal grading fees apply in addition to the USD 10 Evaluation Fee (For coins PCGS determines will not benefit from being restored, nor should be restored).

Additional Fees
● For coins that require the use of an oversized holder, there is an additional fee of 10 USD per coin.
● TrueView is an additional fee of 5 USD per coin.
● Mint Errors will be charged an additional fee of 15 USD. This fee is non-refundable.
● Varieties will be charged an additional fee of 15 USD. This fee is non-refundable.
● A Handling Fee of 10 USD plus 1 USD per coin applies to all submissions.
