- 1863 Silver Three-Cent Piece. Proof-65 Cameo (NGC). CAC. Flashy and bright for the collector who demands Gem quality. The fields are handsomely mirrored while the devices seem to float well above the fields with their frosty texture. White in color save for a faint blush of gold patina. Mintage of 460 pieces gives the collector guidance on how rare these Gems are today. NGC Census: 2; 5 finer (PR-67 Cameo finest) within the Cameo designation. PCGS# 83712. NGC Census: 2; 5 finer (PR-67 Cameo finest) within the Cameo designation.
