ロット詳細

Fewer than 13,000 83-CC $5 gold pieces were struck, and these are always in demand from collectors, especially when they are handsome, wholesome and original as the presently offered Choice VF. Problem free, even wear and warm honey gold color define this lovely coin. PCGS 6, NGC 3, CAC 2. The CAC CPG value is $3,000 and the PCGS Price Guide is $3,750. A coin like this will see very strong bidding if the results from the Fairmont Collection sales are an indication. Cert. Number 44693989 PCGS # 8362
