FROM THE GREAT PACIFIC COLLECTION No question this is a 100% GEM MS65 DMPL. Full 8"+ mirrors are deep and have a strong reflection. The mirrors do have some scattered tiny ticks-but none are serious and they are nothing out of the ordinary-even for an MS65. Only an invisible tick on the face is what CAC naru'd it on (its insignificant). The contrast is stunning. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and have rich thick frost. The eye appeal is super GEMMY! PCGS 2, NGC 1, CAC 1. There are NONE graded finer. The last time either 79-CC in MS65 DMPL was in auction was 2006!!!!! Somehow, The current Collectors Universe value is $90,000. We LOVE this spectacular GEM DMPL! Take our word for it, there IS a difference between this coin and a 64+!
