Fully struck and satiny, the design elements contrast nicely with reflective fields on both sides of this sparkling Gem Proof. Essentially untoned with silky smooth surfaces. This later date Barber half dollar is one of only 543 pieces produced in Proof format, and it is graded higher than most other certified examples in today's market.
