BD Die State a-b/a-b, intermediate die state. This is an attractive piece that is sure to appeal to a wide variety of collectors, but will most likely sell to a gold type collector seeking an example of the Capped Bust Right eagle. Both sides are richly toned in dominant honey-olive patina, the more protected areas around the devices further adorned with vivid copper-rose iridescence that provides a wonderful "look" to the surfaces. Wear is relatively light, and there seems to be enough detail remaining to suggest an EF grade. There are no other significant marks save for what appears to be a recent scratch at the lower right reverse border that, due to its location, does not overly detract. Worthy of a solid bid!
