로트 설명

Circa 1793 Washington Success Token. Small Size. Musante GW-44, Baker-267, Breen-1289. Brass. Reeded edge. MS-63 (PCGS). 19.5 mm. 34.4 grains. Pleasing light golden brass with bright, lustrous outlines to the obverse motifs. The reverse displays soft lilac and rose mottling. Gently prooflike in the fields and well struck, though the usual softness at the all-seeing eye is present. A particularly attractive example of this small-size variant. Provenance: From the Sydney F. Martin Collection. Earlier from the Lawrence R. Stack Collection. Click here for certification details from PCGS.
