Lot Description

Our multiple offerings for this issue notwithstanding, this Denver Mint Indian half eagle issue is very scarce in premium Uncirculated preservation, especially with CAC approval. This is just such a coin, both sides bathed in richly original honey-apricot color. Much softly frosted luster is seen, and the strike is bold to sharp throughout to include a crisp, fully rendered D mintmark. Impressively smooth overall for the assigned grade, this handsome piece is worthy of strong bids.
