- 1928 Standing Liberty Quarter. MS-67 FH (NGC). CAC. A nearly full strike brings up the elegant design details. Lovely, effulgent luster highlights the smooth, pristine surfaces. Brilliant on the obverse, with a light coating of champagne patina across the reverse. A great Superb Gem example of this late Standing Liberty issue. High-end for the lofty grade designation, according to CAC. PCGS# 5767.
