- 1869 Seated Liberty Half Dollar. WB-101. MS-61 (NGC). CAC. The obverse is ringed in vivid olive-gold, reddish-russet, deep-blue and reddish-rose peripheral toning that leaves a circular area of brilliance in the center. The reverse is equally attractive, but with champagne-apricot and electric-blue iridescence tightly confined to the rims. A sharply impressed BU with modest hints of semi reflectivity emanating from the fields as the surfaces dip into a light.
