- 1793 Liberty Cap Half Cent. C-1, B-1. Rarity-3+. Genuine--Code 97, Environmental Damage (PCGS).
The reverse is worn nearly smooth, but the obverse retains outline detail to Liberty's portrait, part of the date and much of the word LIBERTY. Dark-copper surfaces are rough in texture with scattered pitting, further confirming this coin as a more affordable example of the first-year 1793 Half Cent. Fair Details.
