- Undated (Circa 1694) London Elephant Token. GOD PRESERVE LONDON. Hodder 2-B, W-12040. Thick Planchet. AU-50 (PCGS). The deep golden brown surfaces appear glossy and hard in-hand with little of that appearance dispelled by low magnification. A few tiny stray marks are present, virtually all of those in the planchet when struck. Choice and appealing for the grade with excellent surfaces and centering, and with bold devices on both sides.
