CHINA. Szechuan. 7 Mace 2 Candareens (Dollar), ND (1901-08). Chengdu Mint. Kuang-hsu (Guangxu). PCGS VF-35. L&M-345A; K-145l; KM-Y-238 (for type); WS-0735. Variety with wide-faced dragon and inverted "A" in place of "V" in "PROVINCE". This lovely example, though circulated, renders wonderful details and a sharp strike. Steely gray in color, this Dollar retains a level of attractive charm that surpasses the numerous representations of this type with details designations, and provides the collector with a problem-free example.
