Lot Description

Tompkins Die Stage 3/3. A generally silver gray example, but with blushes of vivid red, blue and olive patina at the borders, more so on the obverse, and most prominently at left. There is evidence of an old cleaning here, but no sizeable marks are seen, and all major design elements remain bold within full, distinct borders.
