1960-D/D Lincoln Cent. FS-101, VP-001. Doubled Die Obverse, Small/Large Date. Repunched Mintmark. MS-67 RD (NGC). Incredible quality for the variety collector as the date is blundered by the mix up of hubs, employing both the small date and large date hubs, with clear doubling on the digits of differing sizes. Furthermore, the D was punched in way too high lightly, and properly placed well below. Strong mint flash and color, with a bold strike and excellent surfaces that are free of carbon issues. Tied with one other as the finest seen by NGC.
