- 1876 Liberty Seated Quarter. Proof-64 (NGC). Milky white and essentially untoned, this Proof coin exhibits abundantly frosted devices despite a lack of a Cameo designation. Eye appealing 64 coins like this always represent good value for the money. Struck from the Type I reverse, called scarcer than the Type II by Briggs.
