CHINA. Silver 150 Yuan (20 Ounces), 1990. Dragon & Phoenix Series. NGC PROOF-66 Ultra Cameo. KM-319. Mintage: 1,500; Serial # 210. This nicely preserved large format issue exhibits sharp frosty devices with hard mirrored fields. Close inspection reveals a couple of small white spots, but nothing overly distracting.
