A predominantly brilliant near-Gem Uncirculated example from a circulation strike mintage of a mere 10,000 pieces. Softly frosted luster and wisps of peripheral golden-russet toning provide a visual treat. A faint scratch in the right obverse field is noted and keeps this piece at the lower reaches of certified MS-64.
