- 1787 Vermont Copper. RR-14, Bressett 10-K, W-2105. Rarity-4. Bust Right. VF-20. 122.8 grains. Deep chestnut-brown with lighter golden-brown high points on visibly microporous surfaces. Wedge-shaped portion of planchet missing at A on the obverse, as struck, rim clip just to the right of the flaw, tiny flaw at bottom rim, otherwise no marks of consequence, reverse late die state with heavy cud and faint die crack above Liberty's head, rim through IN and tight to tops of DE, the wedge-shaped planchet void affects IB, dividing those two letters, no marks worthy of reporting present otherwise.
