Lot Description

Regardless of grade, with a mintage of only 208,000, the 1921-D half dollar is a significant KEY date in the Walking Liberty series. This evenly worn, problem free VF is totally original and very attractive, despite the lower grade. PCGS 55, NGC 27, CAC 7. Prior to this coin's appearance in our recent Regency auction, there had not been a CAC-approved example sold in four years, where one sold for $1,293.
