ロット詳細

1893 Barber Half Dollar. Proof-64 (PCGS). This richly original example exhibits dominant mauve and steel-olive patina to the obverse, while the reverse is dressed in equally bold steel-olive toning. Direct lighting calls forth iridescent undertones of cobalt blue that are more pronounced on the latter side. Fully struck throughout, this is a handsome Choice survivor from the second year of the Proof Barber half dollar series. PCGS# 6540. NGC ID: 24NV. Click here for certification details from PCGS.
