Exceptionally Toned Dragon & Phoenix Dollar CHINA. Silver Dollar Pattern, Year 12 (1923). PCGS MS-63. L&M-81; K-680; KM-Y-336; WS-0114. Small characters variety. Carefully preserved with gorgeous tone, this popular type presents rich blue-green coloration on the dragon and peacock side, while the reverse displays much of the same with the addition of some copper-orange coloration. While higher graded examples become available from time to time, examples with this level of eye-appeal must be considered EXTREMELY RARE. Estimate: $40,000 - $70,000.
