- Collector appeal: "A". Serial# 00276. Mintage: 300. KM#1143. Marvelous precision of detail is just one of the hallmarks of these rare platinum pieces, struck during the year of the tiger, within the Chinese Zodiac cycle. Possibly slightly superior to another example in today's sale, the cataloger could find absolutely no visible surface haze, but the very cautious observer may locate a hairline-fine greyish streak within the narrowing field space in front of the rock outcropping on the denomination side. That alone could preclude upgrade to the "perfect" level.
