CHINA. Tibet. Sho, Year 59 (1794/5). Ch'ien-lung (Qianlong). PCGS AU-50. L&M-639; K-1461; KM-C-72; WS-0204. Variety with 32 dots on each side. A very attractive example, the present piece delivers a full strike and limited pockets of retained mint brilliance throughout. Handsome toning is seen in the devices, and very little actual wear is present, making this a wholesome and charming representative of an always popular type. Estimate: $800 - $1,200.
