1990 No S Lincoln Cent. FS-101. Proof-69 RD Deep Cameo (PCGS). The impressive mint orange surfaces of this spectacular 1990 No S cent deliver heavily frosted motifs and deeply mirrored and "crinkly" orange-peel fields. The cameo contrast is as bold as&nbsp; ever seen for a Proof of the type -- this specimen could well be the <em>finest</em>&nbsp;Lincoln Memorial cent we've ever seen. Here is one of the more readily available No S issues of recent times, at least in relationship to the PCGS online <em>Population Report, </em>though its absolute rarity and desirability is uncontested. The <em>Guide Book </em>suggests that 3,555 examples of the date&nbsp;made it out of the San Francisco Mint without that facility's familiar S mintmark, with some few of those in <em>Prestige </em>Proof sets.
