Obverse: Bust of Emperor Kuang-Hsu facing, small dragon at left; Reverse: Bust of Tsu-Hi facing slightly right. Struck to commemorate Li Hung Chang's visit to Berlin. A RAREand popular type, this example displays light orange tint over the graphite-hued centers with the introduction of pale blue tone at the edges.
