(t) CHINA. Kwangtung. 7 Mace 2 Candareens (Dollar), ND (1890-1908). PCGS MS-62+. L&M-133; K-26; KM-Y-203; WS-0942. Local dies (large rosettes variety). Quite enchanting and beautiful, this nearly-choice specimen dazzles with a peripheral ring of pastel iridescence on the dragon side, and a much deeper and thicker ring of toning on the characters side. Throughout, the level of cartwheel brilliance remains exceptional when cradled back and forth. Estimate: $8,000 - $12,000.
