- Balba Stir Collection. 193 graded MS-65 DMPL, 1 graded MS-65 DMPL "star", 70 higher at NGC. Absolutely dazzling eye-appeal gets boosted by brilliant silvery centers framed by pretty orange-bronze and turquoise on the obverse rim, and especially vibrant rim colors on the reverse. Almost perfectly struck and exceptionally attractive.
