(t) CHINA. Sinkiang. 5 Mace (Miscals), ND (1910). NGC AU-58. L&M-819A; K-1136; KM-Y-6.6; WS-1296. Dragon within small beaded circle. Another beautifully preserved example of this normally crude issue displaying rich mottled patina with areas of richer coloration. The strike is bold with well-formed devices. Seldom do examples from this crude series appear on the market in this high state of preservation and should be consider RARE. Estimate: $1,500 - $2,000.
