- 1760 Hibernia-Voce Populi Halfpenny. Zelinka 2-A, Nelson-4, W-13820. Rarity-3. MS-62 BN (NGC). Somewhat glossy and mainly hard chocolate-brown surfaces exhibit bold devices for the type. A glass reveals some red glow around the devices. Center of reverse with some planchet ticks, as struck and only seen under low magnification. Among the finest Voce Populi coppers certified by NGC.
