Dragon with broad tail and with rosettes instead of cyclical date. Smooth chocolatey brown patina with nice luster. Tied with one other example at this designation with just one example certified (NGC MS-65RD) finer at either NGC or PCGS. NGC UCID: BNB9 NGC MS-65 BN. 江南省造光緒元寶十文。 齒邊。反面稍為偏斜45度。粗尾龍，有花，光滑的巧克力色包漿，光彩盡現。於NGC及PCGS中各有一枚更高分，另有一枚同分。
