(t) CHINA. Szechuan. 3 Mace 6 Candareens (50 Cents), ND (1901-08). Chengdu Mint. Kuang-hsu (Guangxu). PCGS VF-25. L&M-348; K-144; KM-Y-237.3; WS-0742. Variety with large-headed dragon. A great example of the variant, though this minor has obviously spent a good deal of time in circulation, it features great detail remaining and an attractive deep gray tone. Estimate: $800 - $1,200.
