CHINA. Chihli (Pei Yang). Brass Cash, ND (1888-89). Kuang-hsu (Guangxu). PCGS MS-62. Hsu-410.2. A delightfully SCARCE issue, particularly when preserved this nicely, the present example delivers rich details and a light brassy color.
