Lot Description

1896 Barber Half Dollar. Proof-65 (NGC). CAC. A lovely Gem example. Partially brilliant with blushes of intermingled rose and blue. The reverse -- in particular -- shows pronounced cameo contrast. Only 762 Proof half dollars were coined during the year, PCGS# 6543.
