From an original mintage of 3,155, this 38-D Arkansas ranks near the very top of the PCGS Population Report. Delicately patinated in pastel hues, particularly on the reverse, this Superb MS-67 example is a marvelous coin for the advanced commemorative half dollar collector. With a low mintage, this is a scarce issue in all grades, and particularly so any finer.
