로트 설명

Deep honey-orange rose color with glints of overlying silver-olive. Most major design elements are bold, and all are fully appreciable. The 1838-D is the first Dahlonega Mint half eagle and the only one of the Classic Head design type, explaining the desirability of survivors at all levels of preservation. It is also a scarce issue with Daryl J. Haynor (2020) estimating that only 200 or so coins are extant.
