Mr. Li Chiayin, founder & director of Silver House / President, Chinese Numismatics Society, has developed a passion for banknotes, and Chinese and world coins since junior high school. He specializes in research, grading and identification of vintage Chinese copper coins (during the Qing Dynasty and Republican Period), early- and mid-century coins and banknotes of various countries and regions, as well as relevant market research and price analysis. As a collector who was fascinated wtih coins and banknotes, Mr. Li saw the importance of grading and authentication before it became popular within Asia. With this foresight, he then entered the field of graded coins and became the first PCGS authorized dealer in the region.
As a PCGS submission center, Silver House will function as a collection center of PCGS. Aside from not requiring a membership fee to submit, collectors can also enjoy a safer care of their coins and banknotes when they submit via Silver House. Moreover, they can receive PCGS’ latest information from Silver House in their mother tongue as well.
For any coin and banknote grading and certification in the future, please do not hesitate to contact and submit to PCGS Authorized Submission Center – Silver House.
