Tsao Kun in military attire/Proclamation of the Constitution commemorative. A wholesome example of the type, this charming example delivers a bright frostiness and rather expressive details. Some limited evidence of handling is seen, though it is not degrading nor unattractive. Some slight lamination peeling is noted on the reverse for completeness.
